  Overall, my experience has been great. I go to see my acupuncturist, Hena Shomali. I love her knowledge and needling techniques. I barely feel the needles going in. I used to see her when she worked at Shady Grove Fertility and followed over to Nava. She's well versed in how to treat all of her patients with any aliment.
  
  Currently, she's helping me prepare for an IVF cycle and while treating my anxiety and ADHD. I cannot take any meds to help with the ADHD bc of IVF. So, her treatments really make a difference. I leave there feeling relaxed and focused.
  
  Also, I particularly love that each appointment has the option of one hour as opposed to to the 30 minutes at SGFC. This is definitely saves me time and money. The front desk staff are extremely accommodating to help me navigate through the process of booking appointments and welcoming when I arrive/ leave.
  
  Long story short... Go see Hena, you won't regret it.
